Theatrixx announces distribution partnership with Evolve.

MONTREAL AND ORLANDO – Jacques Tessier, President and CEO of Theatrixx Technologies is proud to announce a distribution partnership with Orlando-based Evolve Technology, a professional video rental and sales company that believes in providing quality gear, and training, to make each show a success.

Trew Rickers, Executive Vice President of Evolve Technology, points out that the leadership of both Evolve and Theatrixx take the same approach to the marketplace.  “Our companies share a very similar business philosophy: do things right and offer high-quality products to support our customers’ most important events.”

Through this new distribution agreement, Evolve Media strengthens its position as a high-end event technology distributor by offering Theatrixx’s full range of video converters. This will include the rackmount and portable models as well as custom power distribution equipment —built to order—for videowall, rigging and lighting applications.

Additionally, Evolve will rent the Theatrixx Totem, a stand-alone, fully autonomous 2.5mm direct-view LED digital signage display. “Totem has one of the highest resolutions in the market and is very easy to use,” says Rickers. “This technology is getting more and more popular, especially for corporate events and conventions where it is replacing hard panels and signs.”

“Theatrixx video converters and distribution products are far and away the gold standard for video signal flow, and their Totem 2.5mm LED poster is one of the highest-quality digital signage displays available,” says Rickers.
