Theatrixx Wins 2019 NAB Show Product of the Year Award

The awards program is the first to officially recognize innovative new products showcased at the NAB Show, in Las Vegas, NV.

The future-proof Theatrixx Reversible Converter system is the natural extension of the award-winning xVision Converter line. Its modular design allows individual systems to be configured exactly as needed, and even reconfigured on-the-fly. There is a host of modules available—featuring SDI, HDMI, Fiber, HDBaseT and more—with new modules being added regularly. All modules can be inserted with inputs/outputs at either the front or the back of the unit and are enclosed to protect against static shock, dust and general wear and tear.

Mains power is delivered via dual locking PowerCON True1 connectors. Unbeatable redundancy is built in to the 8-bay, 3RU host unit, which features dual, oversized power supplies and gold-plated, redundant spring pins with magnetic retention to power the modules, eliminating fallible cabling and external DC adaptors.

NAB Show Product of the Year Awards are selected by a panel of industry experts. To be eligible for an award, nominated products and technologies needed to be on display at the 2019 NAB Show for the first time and available for delivery in calendar year 2019.
